Ben’s Monolog
Qetuo.me and The Computer Repair Podcast is now listed on the Bookmarks4Techs Blog

A neighbor gave Ben 2 Dell dimension 3000 computers, P4 at 2.8ghz, 2gb of ram, 80gb HDD both the same specs, and a nice Compaq Presario SR1920NX, which is a AMD Athlon 64 2.2 Ghz, 1.5GB ram, and 200GB HDD. The dells had a many of spyware on them, and the Compaq had AV 2010 in which the previous owner had tried to remove it with Norton AS 2010 with no eval.

Also a working HP Deskjet D2660 the only thing that was wrong with it was the power button was pushed into the case.

Ben’s weeklong windows 7 experience and the media center he is building with the Compaq he talked about earlier.

Ben has an update for one of the listeners of The Computer Repair Podcast “Mark (MeClaudius)”
He asked “I am trying to find a separate PDF reader which displays two consecutive pages at a time side by side just as you would read a magazine.”
Well I found one called FoxIt Reader, In the show notes there is a image show how to view a PDF in Magazine style.

    Hi Ben,
The comment posted above about uncle Bill must be from another listener. I never sent that feedback to you. I don’t have an uncle Bill. BTW, I like the new hardware pick section. Thanks, Mark

  • MeClaudius

Also… Thanks for the Foxit find. I knew about Foxit but I didn’t know it could display side by side. Perfect.
